Tuesday, 6th:
18:00 - 20:30: TIME 2010 Registration. Málaga Palacio Hotel. (Please, refer to Travel Information section for information on how to get to Málaga Palacio Hotel if you are not staying in this hotel). We will thank delegates to get their Conference pack at this moment. This will be the first meeting point.
21:00h: Welcome Cocktail. Málaga Town Hall. We will departure from Málaga Palacio Hotel at 20:45 (5 minutes walk). (Please, refer to Travel Information section for information on how to get to Málaga Palacio Hotel if you are not staying in this hotel). Málaga's Mayor will give a "welcome to Málaga" speech and later, we will enjoy the welcome cocktail.
Wednesday, 7th:
9:00: Accompanying persons excursion. Visit to Antequera. The bus will departure from Málaga Palacio Hotel (Please, refer to Travel Information section for information on how to get to Málaga Palacio Hotel if you are not staying in this hotel). Lunch will be done in a typical bar (included). Return: around 17:30 (maybe with time enough for the Sports Competitions Events).
17:45 Departure from Conference Venue for I TIME GOLF OPEN (only participants in this event). When arriving the golf court, participants will play a golf "competition". We will provide golf clubs and balls. You only will have to bring your own golf glove.
17:45 Departure for I TIME PADDLE TENNIS OPEN (Only participants to this event will be able to play but supporters will be welcome)
18:00 - 20:30 I TIME PADDLE TENNIS OPEN. From 18:00 to 18:30, general rules and hints will be taught. From 18:30 to 20:30 we will held a funny "competition" dividing the whole group in two subgroups, starters and non-starters players. After the competition, a drink with some typical snacks will be served. Shuttle bus to Málaga Palacio Hotel will be provided at 21:00h.
Thursday, 8th:
18:30h: TIME 2010 Excursion: Málaga City Center Tour. We will departure from Málaga Palacio Hotel. (Please, refer to Travel Information section for information on how to get to Málaga Palacio Hotel if you are not staying in this hotel). We will visit the cathedral (outside visit), the Alcazaba (inside tour), Picasso's Born House (inside) and a walk around city center streets.
Friday, 9th:
9:00: We are trying to arrange an extra excursion for accompanying persons.
21:00h: Banquet. Rectorate Building (please,refer to Travel Information section for a situation map). If anyone need some help on how to get to Banquet, we will departure from Málaga Palacio Hotel at 20:45 (5 minutes walk).
